Team Events
Day 1
Your first day, how exciting! Today, we will arrange all practical matters: you will receive your laptop, access badge, office materials, ... One of our Sweeties will give you a tour of the office and introduce you to the team. Finally, you are also assigned a buddy you can turn to with all sorts of questions.
Week 1
In your first week, you get time to create your internal resume. You also create a growth chart via Bloom, our internal coaching tool. We will provide you with a number of basic training courses that you can sign up for.
Month 1
After a few months, you can start working on your first client-project. Your working days get a lot busier, but you also take your role as Sweetie seriously outside of your project. You take ownership and plan your monthly check-in with your coach.
Year 1
A year has flown by, which makes it time for your first Sweet Birthday! Together with your coach and our founders, we look at what you have learned and achieved in the past year. We also take a look at what you want to accomplish in the future and what we can support you with. On to next year!
Team Events
One of the core values where Sweet Mustard stands for is an 'inspiring community'. This includes many fun initiatives such as: an Easter breakfast, a teambuilding event, our Innovation Days, etc. We also take part in larger Cronos events such as the Car Free Day, the St. Nicolas event, the Warmste Week, etc.
