Software Application Support Engineer (.NET / C#)
We are recruiting for a Software Application Support Engineer (.NET / C#)!

As a software application support engineer at Sweet Mustard, you will be responsible for second and third line support on our solutions using the Microsoft stack. You will work closely with the service delivery manager, architects and clients in incident resolution and feature delivery.
What do you bring?
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a .NET developer or support engineer in a .NET environment.
- A customer-oriented mindset: you will help customers make the right decisions, so we can continue to build a strong relationship of trust with our customers.
- A broad field of interest: .NET, C# and Azure. You already have (a first) experience with these technologies.
- You have experience or interest in deploying Azure infrastructure automatically via Terraform or Bicep.
- Experience with JavaScript frontend frameworks (Angular or React) is a plus.
- You enjoy diving into a problem and working toward a sustainable solution.
- You have ambition to grow with the Sweet Mustard managed services journey.
Where we need your expertise:
- In providing level 3 support: resolving complex technical incidents and delivering new features.
- Performing functional testing and automating test processes.
- Setting up and managing monitoring tools and evaluating and further developing monitoring and alerting systems.
Maintain and update documentation.
